  I recently worked with The Pioneer Savings Bank to purchase an investment property. They were a pleasure to do business with. Unlike other banks I’ve worked with in the past they looked at my whole situation rather than treating me like a number. The entire process was fast and efficient and I highly recommend them for all your financing needs!

  Good bank, ok people, but their transaction systems are too slow for processing and their hours are too short 9am to 1pm doesn't work for me.

  I am a realtor and, at the request of my client, called to check on a transaction that my client is contractually bound to. I had the rudest experience of my life. I have never had someone be so nasty to me for no apparent reason. When I asked to speak to a manager I was asked if I wanted to sit on hold till the person I was speaking to came back to answer. All I wanted was a status update for my client that wants to know why we have not heard anything in weeks
