      Purchased the extended plus vsc. What a waste of money. They did everything they could to get out of covering a simple repair. Looks like I am not the only one who got scammed by this company.

      I just had the very unfortunate experience of having an issue with my vehicle that I reported in November but the dealer was unable to diagnose at that time. My Service Contract with Plateau expired on December 30, 2021. I reported the issue on November 11, 2021. I reported it again in December and again in February. They have now diagnosed the issue but my Vehicle Service Contract is now Expired. No one is willing to help with this issue.
