  I didnt know realtors worked with renters and I was so pleasantly surprised with Keri's intimate knowledge of Boston and the surrounding area. She also has longstanding relationships with owners and can give you the pluses and minuses about certain areas and units! More importantly I was looking for myself and my mother and Keri was so understanding, compassionate and patient with managing and addressing our individual (sometimes conflicting lol) wants and needs. I plan to stay connected for when I'm ready to buy -- I wouldn't work with anyone else. Keri builds and earns your trust and I am so so thankful!!

  My husband and I worked with Keri Califano with the Porchlight Group at William Raveis in Brookline, MA. She came highly recommended by friends of ours in the Boston area, and after thorough interview (which had lots of laughs and sincere questions) we knew she would be great for our real estate search. Specifically, we were looking for single-family homes and condos in the Boston area. We interviewed three agents from different Boston real estate teams before working with Keri. All of them had their strengths but Kerri's approach was what sold us. In our interview, we asked about her philosophy working with first-time buyers and how she could help break down the complex steps that would come our way. She shared her client-centered approach, which we saw and felt each time we had a question about the home-buying process. She anticipated each step of the process, gave us room to ask question after question, and gave honest feedback about which step would benefit us. During the actual search, Keri helped us evaluate what was important for us, based on the list we had made prior to doing in-home visits. Having an impartial but honest approach was valuable, as we learned that while we did not initially categorize character as important, it emerged as a leading factor and Keri was able to help us whittle down our choices to the condo we did end up putting in an offer and eventually settling into. Once we found our new home, Keri was wonderful with suggesting inspectors - especially in a pandemic, when most were busy and had other clients to work with. She was a wonderful conduit with the seller's agents, advocating for us when we needed and stepping back when we wanted to do something different. Ultimately, she made the process so easy, that the hardest part of the process was choosing new paint and wallpaper for our new place!

  My husband and I were looking to move out of our apartment complex and own a quiet home. We met Keri through the Realtor application. Shortly after meeting her via Zoom, we knew we would be in good hands working with her. Keri has an excellent understanding of the housing market and is very realistic in her recommendations. I appreciated that she worked with our budget and never tried to push for a more expensive house. The market was at its peak when we bought our house and everything had to move quickly if we wanted to close. Keri helped us through all the steps and was always available when I had questions. Her recommendations for the attorney, mortgage lender, and house inspector were spot on. The process went very smoothly and we are extremely happy with our home!
