  what a scam after waiting an hour for my stuff to get checked out they low balled me I went to my regular place and did much better

  I'm so sorry that it took so long to appraise your items. Our usual time is around 10 minutes, however at busy times, it can take a little longer. We've changed how we do things here at Provident Loan. We have more staff and we are re-committed to customer service. I'd love it if you could give us another chance. That being said, because we are a non-profit, we can be a little more conservative than our for-profit rivals. Because we never buy or sell jewelry, we work hard with our customers to make sure that they get their items back. Currently, (as of April 2017) we have a 97% success rate. Our conservatism is part of our strategy to make sure that your precious items stay yours!
