  My father and I began looking for solutions to selling a home that was recently red tagged due to home deemed NOT fit to live in(health and safety wise), which was caused by the tenants. The tenants were also relatives which made matters more difficult. My father and I had two choices, either clean up the house again(did 2 years prior) and/or sell the house as is. I spoke to some folks and google searched and came upon The Real Estate Solutions Guy’s website. The initial story on the site spoke to me. I thought to myself, “that’s us.” I emailed Robert Taylor on a late Saturday night and received a call message on Sunday. We spoke on Monday morning and met Monday early evening. I explained our situation and Robert responded with such compassion, concern, and no judgement while maintaining professionalism. He did not act like a salesperson but rather a person who wants to help and make others lives easier. In my mind, based on these attributes and his wealth of knowledge, I knew this was the person we wanted to work with. Of course, next would be to learn about his process and what he was prepared to offer my father. The price was more than fair, given the work that needed to be on the house. As for the process, it was simple to understand and no complicated hoops to jump through. The transaction went smoothly. Robert took care of everything. Even a week after the house closed, Robert allowed me to go back into the house to search for tenant’s personal items that the tenant had forgot to take. I couldn’t find the items at the time, but Robert and his wife saved the items for me when he came upon them and contacted me. These times have been quite stressful for me and my father. Robert took most of that stress. Without Robert’s help, my father and I would probably still be cleaning out that house. Robert.......was and is a God Sent. I highly recommend working with Robert Taylor. He just may be the answers to your prayers too. Thank you, Robert.

  Very Satisfied with the entire transaction. They offered a fair price and the entire paperwork process was very efficient and smooth. I could not imagine any easier way to do a real estate sale.
