We've worked with Ellen twice on purchasing properties around the area. The first time we were moving back to the area from out of state and she helped us arrange times that worked for us to travel in to see the house, complete the home inspection and complete closing. She was on top of everything that was needed and worked effectively through some challenges encountered with the sellers agent. The second time, we were purchasing a second home in the area. We saw it come up for sale and Ellen was quick to get us in to see the home the very next day. There were multiple buyers interested and she did a great job communicating to us through the process. Because of her clear communication, we were able to get the information necessary in to the seller and ultimately were able to purchase the home. I'd happily work with Ellen again on any home transaction!

Ellen was very pleasant to work with while I sold my home. It turned out to be more of a difficult sale due to the buyer's agent but Ellen kept things moving along till the sale closed. She made sure all the documentation was in order and updated them when extensions were needed. She had great communication with me during the entire process. I would use Ellen and The Real Estate Store for any future buying and selling of properties.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Ellen to use as a realtor. Upon our first encounter everything seemed fine. I rented while on a medical contract in Ironwood. Ellen later accused me of lying regarding the circumstances of my contract. After the contract was finished I had to contact her several times in order to get my security deposit back. She claimed she did not have my address though I had provided it to her on two different occasions a month prior. Try to find another realtor in the area with better professionalism and communication.
