      Stacey Kelly was a true professional that went above and beyond to get the deal closed. Stacey was my broker in the sale of a unit that had complex construction issues involving a common element that had to be completed prior to closing. When the HOA wasn't responding in a timely fashion, Stacey worked with the HOA as well as the contractors to get the repair completed and kept the buyer informed and happy. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and priced the unit perfectly.
