      Incredible real estate group. Jenna helped me look for a house a few years ago and not once did she ever get even remotely annoyed with my constant questions and tour requests, evening knowing I may not purchase at that time. When I started looking again in the beginning of 2022, she was just as amazing as before with helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Ended up with a perfect home by submitting an offer before the house even hit the market, and an amazing new friend. Being a first time home buyer and having absolutely no knowledge on how the whole process works, she was so helpful every step along the way. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else if you’re looking for a house in or around Nashville!

      First time homebuyer here---one that greatly appreciated the support of Jenna and Southbound! Jenna was prompt to respond when inquiring about properties, and was creative in coming up with offers in a competitive market. I also appreciated that if schedules mis-aligned (or life-things that happen), there were other agents (from the Southbound group) able to step in to show properties. Their flexibility was key!

      We found the Southbound group online as we tried to determine the best way to move from DC to Nashville. We met Jenn through video message and later flew down to meet with her in person. She was extremely professional, patient, and helpful. We were very particular about our needs, wants, and tastes in finding a new home. Jenn completely understood and grasped our concept of an ideal house. She gave us honest feedback and was extremely easy to work with while reviewing homes. The first visit was unsuccessful, but Jenn was willing to visit homes and video walk through the homes. We eventually found the perfect home for use. From there, Jenn and the rest of the Southbound group made the process extremely easy. The entire group was helpful and worked with me all the way through the process. I am extremely happy with my experience working with Jenn and the rest of the Southbound group. I would HIGHLY recommend!
