      Anyone who crosses paths with James Suarez and Ron Anavim knows they are unethical and unprofessional. Especially James who resorts to harassment, incessant phone calls and bullying people. He violates every ethical protocol as an agent, and every principle of decency. After we listed with another agent, James would not stop harassing us to give him the listing. James told us over and over-- practically ordering us--to cancel our listing with our agent. Recently friends of ours also listed their home at OneWest Bluff community. After the listing was executed, James Suarez would NOT stop harassing them with nonstop calls simply because they preferred to work with a different (more reputable) agent. We experienced the same thing. I am highly suspicious of the positive reviews because they sound like advertisements written by James. Be careful. This guy is a snake and everything about him is snake-like.
