      I’ve had more than one experience with incompetent employees at the Henrietta branch. Therefore I cannot recommend this bank.

      This is the worst branch,always have issues with something. This is the only branch that has rules that noone else does. The tellers never has knowledge, slow,and they charge for everything. Have no issues paying but they would charge for air if they could. I truly truly hate this branch

      ATM always has a hard time reading my card. I have to swipe it 2-3 times, it doesn't recognize the chip the first time, and sometimes it just doesn't work. 😡
