This location at Erie Boulevard has the most rude people I've ever had to deal with at any establishment ever, bank or otherwise. I came in and deposited a check for a checking account at my other bank, it's a paper check that you print from online, my wife and I have done this many times and have never had a problem. Today, we did the same thing, I came inside the branch, my wife was at the drive-thru. I had no problem with the teller inside, but my wife would being denied at the drive up. The teller was refusing to believe that it was a real check, even though we come in and deposit these all the time. I came inside to let her know that I was just in there and deposited the same kind of check. The employee was immediately hostile, accused me of raising my voice, of being rude, and then she mocked me when I laughed at that comment. Then she told me to leave. She told me to go to another Branch. These people are terrible. This is the second time something like this has happened to us here, there will never be a third. This branch is garbage.

Waiting on hold 30 plus minutes to get a simple loan payoff.Still no one answers Second attempt in two days .Poor customer service.
