      Would give Zero stars but not an option. Very rude, unprofessional, and cannot contact her clients, then lies, and says she does. Been 2 months no response had, called her no she wanted to get smart, and have a attitude like she was on top of her job when she hasn't done nothing. I would go ahead, and go somewhere else if your looking for someone to do your taxes because she is not the one, and not worth the hassle. She might as well close down.

      She seems to understand what’s she’s doing, but is not very thorough. She spends more time talking about other items and gets distracted. She is disorganized and extremely RUDE and disrespectful. I never had issues until I started using this tax organization. I will never go back to this place. I highly recommend everyone to use another tax person.
