      The Texas Loan Company and all its staff took care us on our first home purchase. They went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. The team made it as smooth throughout the whole home buying process even when the building company didn’t stay in communication at times they would take care of that for us. The team showed how much they value and care for their customers. I highly suggest The Texas Loan Company for all of your home buying purchases.       I had an awesome experience with The Texas Loan Company! Ryan and his team are superb (shoutouts to Keri, Denyce, and Amy)! They made the loan process for my new build house so easy! Even when things at the end were coming close to the wire with the builder, the appraiser, and the surveyor, they kept me informed and were cool as a cucumber. Overally, I highly recommend The Texas Loan Company in Lindale, TX. Definitely go local versus a big box bank/mortgage company. Ryan and his team cannot be beat in friendliness, timely communication, and getting the loan closed. They also get you the best loan with the best rate.
