  Wish I had the experience like all these reviews. Unfortunately, I didn’t with Fairway and Drew. I had a great difficulty getting the correct information for my pre-approvals and didn’t get help in a timely manner. I was left hanging multiple times with no returned email or call following up. He gave more information about my pre-approval situation to my relator than me. I wanted to move forward with the loan process and never heard back. I felt like they were not accepting and understanding of the situation I was dealing with getting pre-approvals. I felt like I was not taken seriously based on my finances. Although, I am more than qualified for a mortgage and pre-approvals. Definitely not a lender I would want to do business with if that’s how I’m treated.

  Hi Joanna, Very sorry to hear that. Part of our process for your preapproval is fully underwriting your income upfront which takes a little bit more time and manpower to do so.   Alla Abramchuk did a great job and helped us a lot to buy our house. We have not an easy loan but Alla Abramchuk did everything for us to get this loan. She explained everything, every step from the very beginning of our journey in buying our house. Alla is the best loan officer. She is very responsible, very helpful and easy to communicate with.
