We put a deposit down on a rifle and was never told that owner will not sell to an out of state concealed holder even if you are a retired vetern or not if you don't have a Texas License he won't sell to you. We are from FL and my husband is a retired navy veteran and has a concealed License to carry. Sounds like discrimination to me!!! You can go to any Walmart and buy shotguns and rifles . The employee was extremely sincere to the situation, very nice, and very gun knowledgeable.
