      I came in from out of state to open a special account for my business. Before making the trip, I called them and explained the exact situation. I was assured it would not be a problem. Today I showed up and was met with complete hostility; it appeared they were looking for any reason to deny me service, and in fact after an hour or so they refused to open the account.
