  Working with  AJ. of the Wessex Group, New Jersey for the sale of our home in Brentwood, NY was a great pleasure. Prior to us meeting with him, we had some bad experiences with a couple of lawyers, advising a short sale, walkouts, cash for keys, etc. AJ. was very patient and informative with the process of selling our home. He guided us every step of the way, explaining everything in a way that was easily understood. He was prompt in responding to all our questions ; via voicemail, verbal, text or emails.   Wessex Group went above and beyond to help my family. I initially was referred to them to see what my options were after being in foreclosure for the past few years. They were thorough in reviewing my finances and letting my about my spending habits and what I am capable of doing. They sent out a realtor to let me know the current worth of my home; a contractor to let me know the estimate of any work and met with a foreclosure attorney to talk out the legal ramifications. They gave me all possible avenues and options, advising me in the best course of action for my particular circumstances. They were not pushy or trying to steer me in any particular decision. The team was helpful and communicated well. A few months into working with them I made the decision to sell as the timing was right, the market was at a place that permitted me to take advantage of the equity in my home and not have to foreclose or short sale. Almost at the finish line, a few days before closing we learned my mortgage had been bought out by another lender. That lender added an exorbitant amount of unaccounted fees that jeopardized my sale. Wessex Group (AJ and Jen), Jeanius Realty and my attorney Howard Lipstein worked tirelessly for weeks trying to resolve the matter and the fraudulent actions of the lender was leaving me feeling defeated. When it was determined taking the lender to court was the best way to resolve the matter Wessex Group met me there and walked me through the process, not leaving my side until it was done. They helped me draft letters to the judge, gather the needed documents and made sure I was supported until the end. I never felt as if this would not end well. The daily check-ins and quick responses to any call or text let me know I was not alone. They were there every step of the way and it was apparent their goal was not to profit off of my situation but to ensure the best possible outcome for my family. I would highly recommend working with this dedicated team.

  Listen where do I start the team at Wessex group far exceeded expectations. I was going through a short sale with another group prior to Alfred and his team stepping in and it was unsatisfactory. I joined up with Wessex group and from day one I was told we will get it down and they kept they word was able to sell my home and all my worries was taken care of I can not be happier then I am now. Thank you Wessex group for everythint can't wait till our next venture.
