  Matt and his team, Jessica and Kendra, were great to work with! They were quick to respond and provide pre-approval letters keeping with fast pace of the market. Their communication was clear and informative and they guided us through our options for various offer situations. They cared that we clearly understood the documents and took time to walk us through disclosures and make themselves available for any questions. The application and document management process for uploads and signing was also seamless. Overall, it was an outstanding experience and we'd highly recommend their team to anyone looking for a quality mortgage group.

  I love The Wood Group of Fairway! Our loan expectations were set right up front, and they were met perfectly, with all of our questions answered in a timely manner! Our loan was a fast turnaround, overseas mailout (with a holiday!), and we closed on time! Can't ask for more! Thanks to the team!
