      I highly recommend The Wyatt Team. My partner and I were making a move from SoCal to the Bay Area for job changes and were managing the challenge of selling our home, moving and buying a new home in a new place. Brenda and her team were exceptional in supporting our mortgage needs in the midst of a stressful situation with a lot of moving parts. Brenda exceeded my expectations with quick processing of all components of the process. She and her team were always available and responsive to my every question and need.       The mortgage for my first home was finalized by Brenda Wyatt/All California Mortgage. Being first timers, my wife and I were first lured by the low rates advertised in the online portals by the giant online lenders. DON'T BE FOOLED! When we ended up in escrow with a loan officer who couldn’t meet the requisite deadlines our realtor immediately connected us with Brenda. She knew the area, she knew the situation, and she worked overtime to make sure our deal didn't fall through. We learned the hard way that lenders working for giant faceless corporations have limitations when it comes to meeting the need of a specific deal and they aren’t worried about their reputation. Our first lender was perplexed by the unique needs of the East Bay market and could only throw his hands in the air when there was a jam in the lending process. Not only did Brenda and her team work as quickly as they could to generate our loan while we anxiously approached our closing deadline, they worked with the lender to lower our closing rate when a discrepancy threatened the lender’s initial offer. They took a hit for us so we could close at a lower APR, for which we are incredibly grateful. They didn’t have to assume any responsibility for this but they did just to keep us happy. Good luck finding this kind of dedication or generosity from a random agent who doesn’t have stake in their reputation. Thank you again All California Mortgage!
