  Simply put, EMINA HASIC is a godsend. As a first-time homebuyer, preparing to purchase my very first home should have been not only nerve-wracking but also scary and stressful. HOWEVER, since the first moment we've met, her honesty, communication, professionalism, and genuine efforts to help me find my dream home was a true blessing. If you are a first-time homeowner looking for someone who will show you complete HONESTY, GENUINITY, and pure EFFORT, Emina is the one. Not only was she patient and diligent in showing me multiple houses in order to help me find the "perfect" dream home, but her punctual communication, honest opinions and advice, and overall expertise in what she does blew me away. I kid you not, within a MONTH, she was able to find me the house of my dreams. Buying a house is such a huge step in life and a huge responsibility--almost like deciding to have a child! But with Emina's expertise and guidance, everything went much better than I had expected. She is a professional who truly loves what she does and genuinely cares about her client's well-being and happiness. This is a 100% honest unaffiliated review, and you won't be disappointed.

  This realtor represented the builder that scammed me. I won my case against him, which can be found by searching my name on the Chesterfield County Circuit Court website. He was found guilty of fraud which the Yeatman Group helped him commit. And rather than distance themselves from this scammer, they doubled down and wrote him a positive review to offset what will be coming from me. It's an absolute disgrace. Amy Pryor from The Yeatman Group lied repeatedly and she and Ami Williams bullied me. I don't care what awards this group wins, my experience has been horrible. They cost me my dream home and tens of thousands of dollars (despite winning my lawsuit) while also impacting my health both physically and mentally. They cannot be trusted.

  We are sorry that you feel that way sir. I'm not sure that we've actually worked with you or have ever even met but we are happy to report that we have quite a diverse team. In fact, we have one of the more diverse Real Estate teams in the city if you took the time dig deeper into your accusation vs. just wanting to try and troll from the internet without knowing anything about us or quite honestly what you are speaking of. We have 10+ people on our team of multiple backgrounds including African American, Russian, Chinese, Bosnian, Egyptian, Puerto Rican, and even more. We appreciate your concern in your wish to troll, but next time, please do a little more research before you wish to point fingers for no reason. Our team has grown at a rapid rate but unfortunately, we have not been able to take a new team picture since the Pandemic as we haven't wanted to risk putting the entire team's health at risk. I think you would be very happy with our focus and awareness of the need for diversity in our industry and we hope to continue to expand in this area. Thank you for caring enough to reach out and rate or review someone you've never even met. Hopefully we can actually do some business together in the future.
