  I can't say enough good things about the Knox team! I came to them with a very short timeline (we are talking less than a week) and a bit of an abnormal lending situation being a travel nurse. Not only did they work hard to get my home loan secured, but they were incredibly communicative and honest along they way. They also managed to find creative solutions to make for a lower monthly mortgage. So thankful for the Knox team!

  To say thank you just doesn’t seem enough! As we explored, pursued and now completed our reverse mortgage, The Knox Team took care of us every step of the way! My husband is retired and I had plans to retire next year when I turned 70. Like many in our age group we still had a mortgage and needed to look at ways to handle that and the other financial responsibilities we would still have when our work income was gone. We had seen reverse mortgage advertised on TV but thought it was for desperate people and that the bank could end up owning our home. However, we decided we did need to explore it as an option and asked The Knox Team to help us. Jeff and Corinne came to our home and explained how a reverse mortgage could enhance our retirement plans. That we would still own our home. They were so thorough and answered every question we had in words we could understand. Surprisingly, it turned out that this was the perfect answer for our needs.   Ok… not even sure where to start on this dream team, dynamic duo, miracle workers! Not only did they flawlessly execute our refinance on our investment home, they also helped with our purchase of a home right after closing. We can’t even put into words the incredible job that they did! Talk about hard workers that are on top of things every step of the way. Their communication and knowledge is top notch.
