      Tom stands out because if his deep historical knowledge of the area, his ability to articulate home defects and their impact to our budget, and his overall professionalism. We were impressed with his many credentials in real estate and are so happy we gave him a try. In the Spring of 2021 we sold our home in Pennsylvania with the intention of purchasing a new one in New Jersey. Over the summer of 2021 Tom had the patience to show us every home that interested us and stuck with us in the height of the pandemic real estate boom as we made offers on several homes but were beat out by other buyers. He even helped us search for rental properties so that we could move into our desired school district and get our children enrolled in before the start of the school year. Finally, in the Fall of 2021 we landed an offer and Tom helped us negotiate in a really tough seller’s market. At last, we are settling into our new home and we are so grateful Tom helped us reach our goal of becoming home owners once again.
