  I can highly recommend Thomas. He went over and above what was required of him in answering all kinds of questions and taught me why the process works the way it does. It was facinating to learn about such things. He put me at ease through the whole process. Call him!

  Thomas was invaluable in helping my husband and me with the home buying process. We were not anticipating a home search at that juncture in our lives, but found ourselves there due to a sudden employment change. During what will surely go down in history as one of the most insane times to buy a home, Thomas kept a steady head and guided us through the process seamlessly. He made a point to not only make sure we had the information we needed via writing/electronic correspondence, but he was wonderful about calling as well to follow up and address questions as needed. Furthermore, he went out of his way to reach us during times that worked for us, as he knew I worked 10-hour days and prioritized spending evening hours with my 2 young children. He recommended a great realtor and worked closely with them throughout the process, which took a lot off our plate as well. Adding an extra layer of "wow" to the whole process was the fact that we were buying in Wisconsin and working with Thomas in Minnesota--you would never know we were 300 miles away! While Thomas is obviously excellent at his job, I think what is maybe even more impressive is how much he clearly cares about the individuals with whom he works. That's a quality that can't be taught and isn't seen often enough.

  I contacted Thomas late Sunday afternoon, in need of loan qualification. He dropped everything and helped me out! What a great guy. I highly recommend Thomas.
