I've been banking online for 25 years. I've never had a bank take down bill pay functionality for an entire week. Ridiculous.... time to find a new bank.

Three Rivers Bank sent communications to each customer as well as updated our website with pertinent information in-regards to this, in effort to make everyone aware prior to the changes happening. While we understand this is an inconvenience, we made sure that all scheduled payments would be processed through May 13. We feel the new system is much easier to use and all of your current payments will transfer over. This is how you do it right other banks! I moved and Mailed In a change of address to the bank THEY CALLED ME, yes, that's right, a real person called me, not some computer and phone tree, a person. They wanted to make sure it was me that sent it in to protect my account and themselves. That is how it is done properly. Absolutely 10 stars. Customer service has not died completely
