  After having dealt with three of the "big" lenders and not being able to get even a return phone call from them for days and even weeks, I was referred to Tia by a friend. Tia and her team got my loan closed in a couple of weeks. Tia and her team are masters of the apparently forgotten art of customer service and professionalism in business. I recommend Tia and her team with the utmost alacrity. If you are frustrated with other lenders, or better yet, just want to avoid the hassle in the first place, give Tia a call. You'll be more than glad that you did. If I could give her 100 stars, I'd do it in a heartbeat!
