      This mortgage lender was pretty good until they transferred their servicing to Loan Care LLC at the beginning of 2021. Now it's terrible. Loan Care doesn't allow you to speak to a real person. It's just automated prompts that give your balance and do minor things. I'm trying to get my escrow payments back on a loan that's paid in full and there is no option to speak with Escrow or Property tax. I faxed them. Who knows what will happen? Maybe they will send it in to King County and then I will have to deal with them? It's pretty sickening to set up your customer service so customers never get a live person. Glad to be rid of them.
