      Don't accept Ticor Title. Ask for a different company. They will ruin your credit with how unprofessional they are.

      This company is unprofessional and unethical, they seemed like it was their first real-estate transaction. They did not collect all the required paperwork to complete the transaction, until multiple attempts. They did not read or comprehend the documents they had in their position which led to multiple re- dos to get the paperwork and fees corrected. It took them over 72 hours to get paperwork and the check for the property to the seller after they had already turned to property over to the new buyer, and they showed absolutely no interest in expediting this part of the transaction. There many other places to go for this type of service, anyone of them must be better than this place, run!!
