Do not go here! Absolute worse service! The closing Agent Caleen Chamberlin was so disorganized and didn’t have us on her schedule For signing that day! Such a waste of time! Everytime we would call the receptionist would hang up or cold transfer !!

In January 2021 I sold some property in Henderson. For my first encounter with Ticor Title, I went to drop off some preliminary paperwork and was greeted by Caleen Chamberlain's assistant who I found to be rude with an attitude. I didn't give it much thought thinking maybe she was having a bad day. However, when I returned at the end of the month for final signing, I was again approached by the same escrow assistant who informed me that Caleen was out to lunch and introduced herself as her notary. Again, I found her rude with an attitude nor could she answer any questions that I had. After signing I asked if she could check if Caleen was back from lunch as I still had some unanswered questions. Caleen was in and met with me. Caleen did have a nice demeanor and was at least able to answer my questions. Although the Ticor Title did their job, I recommend their assistant should be counseled on the way she conducts herself with the public or be placed in a position where she does not work directly with the public. I also recommend their escrow officer's remain present during all signings.
