      Joe was fantastic to work with throughout the whole home- buying process. During the pre-approval phase, he clearly explained all the numbers of a cost estimate to us (first time home buyers) so that we could completely understand. He patiently explained all of these figures to us in a 30 minute phone call. As we scheduled showings with our realtor, we sent the addresses of the houses to Joe and he provided us with cost estimates before even stepping into the houses. He typically got these estimates back to us within 30 minutes to an hour. During the closing phase, Joe walked us through every step of this convoluted process. We really stayed in close contact with Joe during this part. He answered any questions we had along the way and was available at almost any time. He made us feel extremely comfortable in this long process! Overall, Joe is a very down-to-earth guy who is also responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. He was a valuable resource to have throughout the process of buying our awesome home. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy real estate. Thanks for everything, Joe!
