      I've enjoyed doing business with the crew at tiempo loan. They have always been there for me in a pinch. Compared to other loan offices, they are far and above more reasonable on what they charge for their loans. Thank you Tiempo.

      The manager whom is a female is very unprofessional. She called to collect $180.00, hounding me saying I know you’re at work because I called and you were there. She said I still hadn’t paid and I’ve been putting it off. Not the case. Pandemic hit me hard, I applied for a 100.00 loan and she is harassing me for payment and putting me down. I will never ever get a loan again from this establishment. Thankful they were able to help but the manager has no people skills.

      This message is for Steve who is the manager and he fails to respect the codes and ethics. I spoke with him directly when I was not being satisfied with his employee. He shared his expression to someone else about me while I am NOT a client but I’m paying for my friend over the phone. Steve has NO authority to share his complaint to someone else without my authorization. It shows that he thinks it’s okay due to my deafness. Please do not apply because he may release info to someone else. His employee failed to answer my simple questions before I requested to talk with him as the manager. He had poor responsibility as the manager by sharing information to someone else without using the proper channel. I used to be a supervisor and he fails to follow the ethics and codes. Lastly, I’m not in the position to attack but his employee failed to understand my questions in a timely manner. I hope the company reads this message. My deafness means nothing but I know Steve was irresponsible and he has to provide his evidences while I can request for conversation being rrecord and find out who’s telling the whole truth. They can say anything since I live In the hearing world but I stand up for what I believe!
