      My experience with Tigen as a 1st time customer was frustrating due to poor customer service and horrible communication. My multiple request for follow ups with Jimmy and staff were ignored and promises for updates did not happen. Don't waste your time with this company, it's a joke.

      Was seeking out legitimate honest Financial specialists to do a refinance on our home. I sought out 3 companies simultaneously. This company completely wasted our time - they didn't return phone calls, emails and rapidly felt they were not the ones to go with. Worst of all, the other 2 companies verified (accurately) our income and credit was excellent for a ReFi. Tigen Financial stated our debt to income ratio was not elligible for a refi, yet they had just refinanced several individuals with more debt and less income than us. Don't waste you time with them. Not professional. One star is because Jimmy was polite.
