  This is my 1st home and it has been absolutely wonderful I got a great deal on the house all the materials are high quality I was allowed to pick out all the colors that I wanted the granite countertops and the colors I wanted the flooring that I wanted The style of the doors that I wanted The types of sinks the walk in shower. Built on time in 6 months during covid too. The staff is amazing and kind. It truly feels like home. The air cond works great the insulation is top notch. The colors are perfect. It is built like a fortress the hurricane straps and the foundation were really done well. The windows are beautiful any adjustments or changes i wanted were done I can't even hear outside its so quiet. We even had a hurricane come through that destroyed trees in the area while the frame was built and it did not budge. I called warranty for a small issue and a guy came out within a few days and was super nice he even found an issue I did not notice and will be back next week. The decorators were so fun to work with they were as excited as I was. The bathroom sinks I picked out are beautiful and not even an extra charge. The only extras I was charged was to do vinyl flooring in living room and the walk in shower and a floodlight all totally affordable. The brick was no extra charge if you use the types noted as not extra and it turned out better than I expected the decorator told me the brick would match the trim and she was spot on. I am detailed and have a good eye and this house looks and feels perfect even better than I expected. It has been so hot this summer and every room is the same cool temp. The lighting leds in kitchen and living rooom stand out and save energy Dani helped me w the lights instead of a fan in living room the faucets outside etc. They even put a light in the attic with a switch a small detail I noticed. This house is sealed so well bugs do not even get in and I live in the country near a forest. I did not pay for a back patio so the lead guy brought out big pavers for the back step saying well it was muddy you needed a step. They even put extra boards in the living room walls for me to hang my big TV without searching for a stud just because I asked.every small paint flaw or whatever I wanted fixed they came and fixed it. I am so happy now I have my own home and it is just beautiful.

  My husband and I have only reached out to Tilson within the last week and we have been given so much information just through 2 phone calls and emails. We hope to set up our 1st meeting very soon to get started on our forever dream home. My review is a little early in this process because so far we've been really impressed with the abundance of information we've gotten from the website including the live seminars. Yes I know they're ultimately trying to sell a product like any other business but, I have seen some bad reviews here that are not really helpful. Most complaints are because of how long it took to build a home. With my research just on the seminars alone (several), they cannot finish a home in less than 12 months. I have had other builders tell me the same thing. I say all this to say, we have not stepped foot into any of their offices and we ALREADY know that we are choosing them as out builder. We know what we want and we're confident that Tilson can provide what we want. And that's just from 2 phone calls and 2 emails!😉
