  Tim Formica and his team have provided my husband and I with the best possible experience throughout the entire loan process. We could not have purchased a home without him! We began working with him last summer in 2020, and he was always responsive and available for us whenever we needed him. He met with us on Zoom to help explain the financial side of things and was able to use online lender software to review our docs. He helped explain the market to us, set us up with an MLS app on our phones to view listings and gave us credit resources to help repair our credit history. We were able to get an idea of what we could afford and he issued a preapproval for us quickly. When times were tough the following year, he worked diligently to find a loan program that worked best for us. We had decided to purchase a new build and go through the builders lender in order to receive a significant closing cost incentive. Unfortunately the builders lender did not end up approving us just a couple of months before we were supposed to close. We went back to Tim and that's when he was able to work with us and do everything possible to help us. Luckily our closing date was pushed out and we had more time, but we certainly could not have made this happen with Tim and his team. He's professional, knowledgeable, available, friendly, patient and as first time home buyers, made us feel informed. No amount of thank yous could do him justice, but nevertheless Thank You Tim!
