  I highly recommend Tim Maitski if anyone is looking to move to the Atlanta area. I first found Tim because of his rebate incentive, which also is a really nice perk by the way, but that alone does not justify why you should work with him. There were multiple hiccups in my house purchase and I might have just thrown in a towel and said I am not buying a house if I worked with someone else. I had to move from NJ to GA because of my company transfer and tried to finish my house hunting in as few trips as possible. I gave him a long list of properties that I was interested in seeing over one weekend and he was able to schedule them all for Saturday and even gave me a chance to revisit some of them on Sunday so that I can make a right decision. I wanted to close in 30 days, which means I had to be doing something every day to meet my deadline. He walked me through what I should be doing and readily responded to my texts, emails, and phone calls. Upon appraisal, my assessed price was much lower than the contract price and I literally thought it was a dead deal. But Tim delicately prepared a counter offer based on the appraisal report and BOOM, the sales price was reduced! Also, because of COVID-19, my closing attorney had to be changed and my move schedule was not set in stone. He handled all these uncertainties and even assured me that things will work out fine. Lastly, after I moved in, he went the extra mile by emailing me a list of contractors and handymen, saying that I would find it handy. You will find many realtors who pay you a rebate, but they wouldn’t be able to provide you with the knowledge and expertise that Tim has. As a first-time homebuyer I had many questions and Tim always had answers. The only thing I regret now is that I don’t have enough money to buy more houses with him! He is professional, sincere, experienced, and efficient, also lets you save money. You won’t regret working with him.

  Tim was great to work with. We came in from out of town were not sure if we would get a house or townhouse. Tim was patient, knowledgeable, professional and responsive to our needs. Everything went smoothly. Great guy to work with.
