      Tim Nedin was the loan officer I worked with when I purchased my house. He responded to everything in a timely manner and was helpful throughout the whole process. Edited to add: it only took a little over 1 month from initial contact with Tim until the loan was completly approved. He kept me updated the whole time and answered all my questions!

      We attempted to work with Tim on multiple occasions & each time we were promised results & 2 months later still had no pre-approval letter. We gave him information, called, emailed & he would disappear. We have now gone to another broker & in one day been able to receive a pre-approval letter. Our credit, income & savings allows us to be approved for 4 times the amount we asked Tim for. Run the hills if you actually want to buy a house. Would never do business with him.
