      I've banked with Timberland for 16 years. Have found their customer service to be great and helpful. I have lived abroad for over 6 years and have had no problems transferring money home or paying bills from my account in the states. Because of the difference in hours, I am contacted via e-mail for any concerns and there is always follow through on all of my requests.
