They received a payment in march from my mother , unfortunately she also passed away that month. I have tried in vain since April to get through to ANYONE at this company. Unfortunately their phone system prompting has made it impossible to reach anyone. This company is worthy of nothing more than my contempt and disgust. I'm currently looking at a bill from April 20th 2022 with a request date of 5/31/2022 and today's date is 6/10/2022 and i received a notice that they liened her property. This schlock company is nothing more than the ever corrupt Wells Fargo with a different spelling If you read the negative comments about this company it is obvious that they appear to be a predatory leader and they also appear to prey on the elderly!

PLEASE stay away from this company if you can. Our experience is that they prey upon the elderly. This company entered in to a "contract" with our Mother, who was in her 70's for some replacement windows on her home. They installed exactly 3 windows and have told my sister she now owes $8k, even after our mother paid over a year on her loan. The really bad part is that our mother had been confirmed by a doctor with Alzheimers dementia and even after being given proof of diagnosis, that specifically states that she is unable to enter into a contract. these people filed a lien on her home after her death and refuse to release it unless we pay them. Unethical at its worst!
