Recently closed a refinance with the Pittsburgh office. I highly recommend this company as a refinance closing company they were quick efficient and provided excellent service.

I would rate them at zero stars if I could. Horrible experience from beginning to end out of their Pittsburgh location. Pretty much had to do the work for them. Documents were constantly incorrect and we were constantly notifying them of errors. And often times the errors were not corrected. On our closing day, we still found multiple errors on our closing documents and yet they were still of little help. Poor communication all ways around and when they did bother to communicate with us, we were usually given incorrect information. Very unprofessional and very disorganized and sloppy work to say the least. Awful experience. I do not recommend this company at all.
