      Called to start escrow on a house. Who ever answered was extremely rude. When I said my need (start escrow) I mentioned I was buying without an agent. Lady told me she could not give me advise. They are not a law office. I never asked for any advice! I nicely clarified my needs over and over again. She did not listen and was rude. Was very confusing why she would just respond the same way multiple times. Eventually she just said she could not help because they were "closed." Again I was 😕 confused. Like not operating or have Covid restrictions? Again she repeated the same thing no matter how hard I tried to clarify. Eventually she said if I needed anything I could put it in a box outside their office. Most bazaar call ever! Just closing through Bidwell title in Chico. They have been wonderful!!!

      I would not use them again because they took so long in the corning office to process everything that it had to be transferred to another office. Although, the staff were nice at the new office... We wrote down the address for a payment to be mailed and they sent it to a different one. Little errors add up...
