Called and explained the problem to a recording no return call from them over a few days this was my fourth call and never a person to talk to . I wouldn’t be calling them if it wasn’t important and I’m paying them for these services

Lack of communication. Messed up in reading the contract accurately. Bad customer service by Closing Team 17. The initial Closing disclosure I received was off by $11k for me. I had to read up the contract to find all of their mistakes. Even after closing they had to reimburse me for almost $650 because of the mistakes they made. They weren't ready to accept their mistake until I sent proof to the BBB and lodged a complaint against them. That's when I got my money back. They also decided to keep the money to purchase the home warranty with themselves until I asked back for it. I got the money back but it was too late to sign up for a new home owner warranty plan. I wouldn't recommend Timios Title to anyone based on the experience I've had.
