      This was the worst experience I have ever had with a title company. I would tell you to steer clear of TIMIOS Title! There was no title agent at our signing. Notary couldn't answer any of our questions. Not that I expected them to. Closing was 13 days late. Payouts were sent checks in the mail! Per the title instructions they were to be sent electronically. Never met or spoke to the title agent. She never returned calls or emails. The gal at the front desk is the only person we spoke to and while pleasant, she lied, repeatedly, about the reasons why the closing was so late. This company is the most unprofessional title company in the area.
