  We used Tim to refinance our home so we could put in a new patio. We had a very short window of time to get the loan closed before the project started. I was worried that we wouldn't close in time and get our check before the project started. Tim made the process very easy and we closed a lot quicker than we expected. He answered all my annoying questions quickly and professionally. He also did a great job at keeping us in the loop on where we were at in the process. I highly recommend Tim for anyone who is looking for a loan.

  It all started with me asking my real estate agent to send me information to a reliable bank for a home equity line of credit loan. He sent me a link to First American Bank and the promo they were running! I did some research and ended up sending Tim Dawe an email asking him for some more info. Within 12 hours Tim got back to me by phone! He explained all the options I had and what I needed to do. From start to finish, Tim kept me in the loop of the status of my loan. He also answered any emails I sent, and picked up every time I called! The closing went as smooth as it could with no issues. Thanks Tim for doing what you do!
