      I been a member since I was 18 when I got hired in the steel mill.I am 65 now. I been living in Florida for 23 years. I have known the people who work there for years .I always can call if I have a question or need anything .I seen there is only 1 complainer.There is always 1 that nobody can please.I'll be moving to Las Vegas in a few months .I only get a checking account when I move for a ATM .I still use my credit union to pay my Bill's.

      The staff was friendly, but the Board members were not. They closed very quickly without having jobs for existing staff. Two of the Board members in particular were very rude and many of the members did not like them. A lot of members were upset over the closing.

      I LOVE THIS INSTITUTES EMPLOYEES!! EVERY time I go in there, it is EXTRA CLEAN and the tellers are ALL EXTRA FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE!! They go ABOVE AND BEYOND for their clientele. I will NEVER switch banks, (and I travel to them from Ohio!!) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS INSTITUTION!!🙂 Five ⭐ PLUS TEN more!!
