      Have to wait forever to speak with someone and then I can't even speak on my own account. We did paperwork to have me added on the credit card and apparently now I'm not on it. We will be switching banks Friday. They sure can take your money and protect their credit card. But they can't protect your hard earned money. Absolutely ridiculous.

      This branch has gone down hill. The tellers are short with their speech and generally not helpful. The last few times ive been they seem short handed, and that undoubtedly causes stress on the workers. However employees should act as such -not as gatekeepers for business and further banking. I do hope this review is seen and thought upon. Shalom.

      I’ve banked with TFCU for years and this new app is awful. But the one thing that really irks me is that I can’t see who transferred me money or who I transferred money too. PLEASE FIX THIS AWFUL FLAW.
