      TFCU is THE BEST..... They have been so good to us... We tell everyone GO TO TFCU. We THANK YOU!!! But there is one problem, you have a employee that makes our bank visit unpleasant. Hes rude and unpolite. Employee 9570 . needs to greet and smile.

      I’m done with this bank. They’ve always disabled my debit card when I’m out of state. On Saturday We barely had enough gas to make it back to Oklahoma and then had to borrow money to get home. Currently waiting until Tuesday when they open (after the 4th of July), to finally activate my card to have money to eat and drive. They don’t have after hours customer service either so this can only be fixed on business hours. Imagine having money but can’t spend it because a computer at an outdated bank says so, and can’t pay for your food you just ate at a restaurant, having to end your vacation early while being 400 miles from home.
