      Had no difficulty registering my vehicle last year but trying to register my RV was like programming the space shuttle for them. I called in advance and asked them for EVERYTHING I would need to bring and they forgot to include a very important document. Here is why I'm dissatisfied, not because they messed up, but because instead of apologizing for assuming I was an out of state resident and not asking me whether I was or not, they put it on me and told me I should've let them know that I was a Texas resident. It's so disheartening how low the standards for customer service have sunk. There is no accountability. It seems like the motto is "the customer is always wrong!"
