Well, let me start off by saying, we have dealt with these people pleasantly on more than one occasion, however this past experience was horrible. Two weeks ago my mother went to pay off a loan on my stepfather's car, although she accidentally left the receipt, title and extra key on the desk. Instead of doing what any professional business would and should by calling us, they locked up the title and key again and threw away our copy and their copy of the receipt and deleted all evidence of the transaction from their computer. (I'm assuming here) We admittedly do not have any hard evidence of this, however I was with my mother when she paid off the loan and know how happy she was to do so. Therefore, I want to warn other potential customers not to trust this business with your money. Not only are they unprofessional, but will lie and take your hard earned money when given the chance.
