  It's always been a pleasure working with Title One - Trace is professional, polite, keeps you informed, answers any questions, is efficient, and helpful! About 2.5 years ago, my wife and I purchased our first home and this entire process was new to us. Trace reached out to us beforehand, accommodated our schedule, and was the most educational person we dealt with during the process - informed us of the homestead exemption, what to expect, went over the mortgage payment in full detail, etc. Now, in April of 2020, we had the opportunity to refinance our home and, when asked which title company we would like to use, Title One was our first and only choice for who we wanted to work with. Even being our second time signing these documents, having some idea of what to expect, Trace was again courteous, professional, made sure we understood every page, we chatted about our experience over the past 2.5 years, answering all the questions we have, discussing trends in the industry, etc. And that's to say nothing of COVID-19. This, too, it knocked out the park - sanitizing the office, locking the door unless you have an appointment, the signing room was clean, there was also a table set up for signing outside, if we desired, wearing masks and gloves, having hand sanitizer out and available, maintaining social distancing, etc. It's fairly uncommon that you go into something not knowing what to expect and then, both times, having your expectations knocked out of the park!
