I own my vehicle, new from out of state and politely called to speak with a rep re: a potential loan w/ 2 questions relating to this, the rep had me on speaker and insisted she could help. She was not competent to answer therefore she had me on speaker and a gentleman was answering in the background as she relayed clearly both of them audible. So i heard each answer 2xs. I did ask for clarification of what a "vin verification is... if I own/ possess my title". I own my vehicle, and title. The guy told her to hang up, ....and so she did (Carla)!!!!. Never established a loan but this is a group I would Not work with, poor communication and incompetent. Simple questions can't be answered. I CLEARLY HEARD HIM SAY "HANG UP!" Its unfortunate for established customers unable to communicate NOR ask questions
