  Excellent customer service. Work with the DMV making sure vehicle is upto date in registration which is added to your loan with comfortable payments. Best decision I’ve ever made.

  The responses from "Owner" are generic and do not address systemic ethical issues. These replies are probably from a [secretary]. My previous doctor's office had one of these people assigned to give these pat answers that lack any substance, read them, you'll see.

  They refused to take my payment so that I would get behind. They don't tell you this when applying or getting loan. Its like they want you to default. I would NEVER use them again. Never heard of a loan company that refuses your payment on your account. They call everyday asking for payments...but when call back they wont take a single monthly payment. Seems like I got scammed. And the interest rate is so high that you end up paying 10x as much as borrowed.
